OUTERSPACE Threads Lead Agent Privacy Policy

UNAPOLOGETIC LLC operates the OUTERSPACE Threads Lead Agent, an internal tool that helps our studio find relevant Threads conversations and prepare replies for human review.
Information we process
Through Meta’s Threads API, we process information such as post text, post IDs, usernames, timestamps, and links to posts. We also process information identifying the authorized studio account and the access credentials needed to connect it.
The tool creates relevance scores, short explanations, and draft replies based on the content of posts. These assessments may be inaccurate and are reviewed by a person.
How we use information
We use this information to identify conversations about recording services, assess their relevance to OUTERSPACE, avoid duplicate entries, and help our team consider an appropriate response.
This version does not automatically publish posts or replies. We do not sell the information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Service providers
Our workflow uses:
- Make to retrieve and process posts, coordinate the workflow, and track previously processed items.
- OpenAI’s API to assess post content and generate draft replies.
- Google Sheets to maintain a private review log containing selected posts and drafts.
These providers process information to deliver their services. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate.
Storage and retention
Access to the review log is limited to authorized personnel and connected services. We retain information only as needed for review, duplicate prevention, and operation of the tool, or where retention is legally required. Information may also remain temporarily in service-provider logs or backups under their retention practices.
Your choices and deletion requests
To ask about information associated with your Threads account or request its deletion from our records, email info@weareunapologetic.com with the subject “Threads privacy request.” Include your Threads username or relevant post links. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may request limited information to verify the request. Deleting information from our records does not delete the original post from Threads.
The studio account owner can revoke the app’s access through Threads settings.
